DESCRIPTION

Decypher is seeking a Credentials Specialist to support the Decypher CVO operations in San Antonio, TX. Position requires on site work on a rotating schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages full cycle credential or privilege process for all DoD candidates and clients
  • Conducts 2nd Interview with privileged providers to discuss privilege process
  • Presents candidates for all personal service contract approval
  • Coordinates interviews between DoD sites and candidates
  • Credentialing and Privileging packages: collect and primary source verify credentials, education, license(s) and certifications
  • Completes all employment verifications and reference checks
  • Security packages: collect security documents, id’s, coordinate fingerprint appointment and eQIP
  • Occupational Health Packages: reviews current records, compile concise list of outstanding items
  • Coordinates first day, in-processing and onboarding between site and candidate
  • Completes DoD employment verification form
  • Responsible for client relations for 2 – 16 weeks during the credentialing/privileging
  • Provides candidate support and engagement during process
  • Maintains Joint Commission worksheet for Corporate office
  • Tracks dates/delays to assist with company metrics

    REQUIRED SKILLS
  • One plus (1+) year of experience in DoD credentialing using CCQAS or JCCQAS
